Our Story
I think our story actually begins back in 2011 when Ruslan first met the Morford family. As an orphan in the Ukraine, Ruslan was invited over to the states in hopes he would find a family to adopt him. After some divine intervention, Ruslan was placed in the Morfords’ home and it was clear to all that he belonged. The following year, with many miracles all along the way, Ruslan and his sister were officially adopted. Ruslan and I (September) met February of 2018 as missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Berlin, Germany. Not too long after, we fell head over heels for each other and were married in the Payson, Utah Temple June of 2019. Just about a year later, we were blessed with the miracle of our first pregnancy. January 2021, we welcomed our son, Maxim (Max), into our family. He is the greatest joy we could’ve ever known. We thrive off of living as a more traditional family. Ruslan works hard as a correctional officer with night shifts, and I am blessed to be a full time homemaker/stay at home mom to our son. With all the attack the family unit seems to get in today’s age, we decided to create this space to safely share what our family is learning and how we are growing. Thank you all for joining us! ❤️❤️
