Recipe: Yummy Guacamole ðŸ¥‘

Serves 4-8 People

Ingredients:

3 avocados 

1 medium sized tomato (chopped) 

1 medium sized onion (chopped finely)

1/2 jalapeño (seeded and chopped finely)

1/2 bunch of cilantro (chopped finely)

Juice of 1 small lime

½ tablespoon of garlic salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

Cut open and mash the avocados with a wooden spoon or potato masher , leaving some bigger chunks but creating a smoother consistency. Then, add the rest of the ingredients, stir, and enjoy! Goes great with corn chips or some vegetables for a lower carb option.

This recipe is SO delicious, simple, and healthy! Avocado is a great source of healthy fats!
